SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Processing Time

All orders take 7–60 working days to process and ship, depending on the destination country, order type, and volume of items purchased.
Processing time refers strictly to production and preparation and does not include delivery time, which varies by shipping method and location.

Once your order has completed processing, it will be dispatched and a tracking number will be sent via email.

FREE SHIPPING

We currently offer free shipping to the following locations only:

  • USA & UK: Dispatch within 30 days

  • Nigeria: Delivery within 14 working days

These are the only locations eligible for free shipping.

Important Details to Note

  • Free shipping covers transportation from Nigeria to your destination country only.

  • This means we handle logistics up to the point of arrival in your country.

  • Free shipping does not include doorstep delivery.

Once your order arrives in the destination country, you will be contacted to choose one of the following options:

  • Pickup from our designated warehouse or partner location (no extra cost), or

  • Home delivery, available at an additional fee, calculated based on your location and local courier charges.

Why This Policy Exists

International last-mile delivery costs vary by country, customs port, and courier networks. Offering free international shipping allows us to make our pieces globally accessible while maintaining flexibility and transparency around final delivery costs.

EXPRESS SHIPPING (PAID)

Nigeria Express Shipping

  • All states: ₦6,500

  • Delivery time: 3–5 working days

International Express Shipping

  • 1–2kg: $30

  • 3–5kg: $50

  • 6kg+: From $100

  • Delivery time: 7–14 working days

Express shipping timelines begin after processing is complete.

COURIERS & DELIVERY

  • Domestic and international shipments are fulfilled via DHL Express, GIGL and Africanes (depending on location).

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier delays.

  • We are not liable for delays, lost, or stolen packages, but we will assist in liaising with the courier where possible.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location.

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees.

  • We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to ordering.

  • Deliveries to the United States and other international destinations may be subject to additional customs charges determined by local authorities.

FAILED OR REFUSED DELIVERIES

  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a delivery is refused by the customer, return shipping charges will apply.

  • In such cases, store credit will be issued minus the original shipping and return costs.
